A monorail system is a configurable lighting system that allows custom styling with minimalist appeal. The monorails attach the lights and power transformers to the system and are available in lengths of 48" and 96". Made of electro-plated brass, the monorails are cuttable and bendable and come in a Chrome or Satin Nickel finish. Decorative end caps are placed on the end of the monorail if the ends are exposed. Conductive connectors are required if the monorail is cut and rejoined, while insulated connectors join rails together end to end and separate the circuits when a transformer is added. Flexible connectors join rails end to end at a horizontal or vertical angle. The rigid standoff supports the monorail from the ceiling. The power extender is used when the the rail run will be installed at some distance from the ceiling. All of the monorail accessories are sold separately.
